HETAS are the official body of solid fuel domestic heating appliances so you can be assured that your wood burning or multi fuel stove will be installed correctly and safely.
There are several advantages of installing wood, multi-fuel and boiler stoves, other than just being an attractive and cosy addition to your home. The main advantage being that wood and solid fuel burners are extremely economical and safer to the environment than other sources.
Upon evaluation of your proposed or existing wood burning stove or other heating system, we can advise on the correct flue/chimney sizing and layout to suit your requirements and budget.
If you’re buying a new stove or boiler, you can then sit back and leave the rest to us. We will arrange suitable fitting and flue-arrangements for your stove at your convenience.

Apple: A very good wood that bums slow and steady when dry, it has small flame size.

How to calculate the heat requirement for your room
A good rule of thumb guide to calculate the heat requirement of a given room is:
HEIGHT X WIDTH X DEPTH (in feet) divided by 500
This gives you the kilowatt requirement for your stove.
